This was a decent hotel, I was a little surprised how small it was compared to other comfort inns. We had a couple of complaints. First, are toilet wouldn't flush in the water was turned off and I don't know why. Second there was no shampoo in the room. In the shower there are bottles of body wash and conditioner but no shampoo. Other than that or stay was pretty good. We had breakfast and they do have hot breakfast, but the eggs were really bland and I'm pretty sure they were not real eggs. They also seem low on food and only filled up a few items with the bare minimum even though it wasn't near the end of breakfast. On the plus side it was less expensive than most other comfort inns I've seen.
On the Choice Hotels website, it claims this property has a 4.7 excellent rating. Not even close. Very dated and breakfast was not very good.
A nice clean hôtel. I stayed 2 days in October 2025. Pros: The HVAC room system was quiet and comfortable ; the parking lot and inside the hotel was clean;the bedrooms were comfortable ; à very good full breakfast that included eggs and meat. Cons: some small pinch ants were found in the room and was a slight nuisance to my wife and daughter ; the toilet seat needs to be tightened due to it's moving some. Conclusion : I would stay here again. It felt like a safe hotel.
I didn't realize how fortunate I was that a more expensive hotel in the area was full when I pulled in halfway through a road trip! The check-in process made me feel quite welcome: I slept well knowing that I was in good hands and that I'd gotten a great deal! This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Thank you to the staff who made my stay effortless and restful!
Our overall experience was good. Room was big, the aircon was NOT noisy Water was blocked in bathing tub, front desk staff helped to clear the clogging. Breakfast options were not great but enough. Perhaps they can consider adding some more options for breakfast. TV clarity was nor good. Ample parking. Good wifi speed
We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Briarsdale Rd on our way from FL to Canada in March and we loved our one-night stay. The price was very reasonable. The room was clean and had every comfort of home. The queen beds were comfortable. The attention to detail in the room and bathroom was impeccable. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast in the morning. We will stay at this location on our way to FL next time and again on our travels back to Ottawa. I highly recommend it.
We chose this hotel because it had the best price in the area. The room was clean and comparable to all other rooms in this class. For a budget price, breakfast was very good complete with eggs, sausage, and a variety of breakfast breads. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.
Rooms were clean and ok. Me being in the construction business, I notice alot of things, our room needed some help with the drywall corners. Breakfast was tasty
